Dear Lord, thank you for your love and mercy over us. You are our Strength, and Protector.

Please, keep us in good health of mind and body.

Please grant us many years of life, a sound mind, strength to our muscles, bones, heart, and lungs.

We pray that Your angels will encamp around us and protect us from any injury from falls or accidents.
