O Sacred Heart of Jesus, I come to You burdened with worry and stress.

You know the depths of my heart and the weight I carry.

In Your infinite love, I place all my fears and anxieties into Your care, trusting in Your mercy and grace.

Help me to surrender my concerns and lean on Your strength.

Calm my restless spirit and remind me that in You, I will find rest and comfort.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, heal my heart from the grip of worry.

Replace my stress with trust, my fears with faith, and my burdens with the joy of Your presence.
